Packaging the news
Cameraphone footage, images can be provided through social media from people who may have witnessed the event or will be taken by our professional reporters. There will be animations and some scene reconstructions ,performed by teenagers, of news scenarios if needed. Instagram, Twitter, Facebook names and website links will be displayed at the end of programmes and underneath Presenter/Correspondent/Journalist etc. names.
Viewers can comment on news stories by sending in their comments via social media sites but only a selected few will be displayed on the programme. Shoutouts from the achievement section will feature ictures and videos from the people involved. E.g. football squad wins football competition and sends in picture of football team dressed in kit on the day of the victory.
